Human rights violation. Solidarity with Iranian women

The University of Sannio joins the declarations of RUniPace - Network of Italian Universities for Peace and expresses solidarity with the Iranian students.

We strongly condemn the blatant violation of human rights and the ongoing repression against women and students.

The Network of Italian Universities for Peace expresses its closeness and solidarity to the students of Iranian nationality enrolled in Italian universities and more generally to all Iranian women and to the many young Iranian men who are courageously protesting these days.

"The death of Mahsa Amini in Tehran and of five other women who took to the streets to protest deeply shakes our consciences - underline Enza Pellecchia and Marco Mascia, Coordinator and Coordinator of the Network - we cannot remain indifferent to the violation of human rights".
