Registration for the Medicine Test 2021

A car park is available and reserved for candidates for the admission competition to Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics, at the S.Colomba Stadium.
The car park will be appropriately marked and manned by personnel authorized by the university.

Candidates for the admission test to the single-cycle master's degree course in Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics are called for the test which will take place, according to the ministerial calendar, on 3 September 2021, at the PalaTedeschi sports complex, site in Benevento at via Rivellini 3.
Candidates must go to the aforementioned office for the necessary identification operations on September 3, 2021 at 8:30 am, with a valid identity document, a valid Green Pass, the receipt of payment (if not duly registered in the computer system).
Candidates must also wear FFP2 type masks and fill, sign and give, during identification, the declaration compliant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 regarding the state of health, using the attached form (italian Allegate 1 - noCovid self-certification), prepared by the Ministry of University and Research as a preventive measure related to the SARS CoV 2 pandemic emergency.
The verification of the green certifications bearing the QR code will be carried out by the appointees using the "Verification C 19" app, as indicated by the Ministry of Health. It is advisable to check the QR code issued for the Green Pass in advance.

Registration for the admission test in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics
To register for the admission test, you have to go through the following steps and follow the relative instructions.
Phase 1: Registration on the UNIVERSITALY website
Each candidate must submit the request to participate in the selective test for access to the degree courses referred to in this document exclusively online through the Universitaly webiste. 3.00 pm (GMT + 2) on 22 July 2021, following the instructions given in the Medicine Test Notice document at the University of Sannio.
PHASE 2: ENROLLMENT ON THE WEBSITE WWW.UNISANNIO.IT
Registration is completed following payment of the contribution for participation in the selective test according to the detailed instructions in the Medical Test Notice document at the University of Sannio and listed below:
A. Registration on the University computer system:
Candidates who already have access credentials to the Esse3 system are not required to register with the University computer system, as they were previously enrolled at the University of Sannio.
- Candidates in possession of Esse3 system access credentials who do not remember "user name" or "password" must follow the instructions published on the University website to recover the forgotten password.
- Candidates who do not already have access credentials to the Esse3 system must first register with the University computer system, following the following three steps:
1. connect to the University website ; select the "Services" link and click on "Student Services", using the "Register" item to access the Reserved Area;
2. select the link "Web Registration" and fill in the form that will be proposed in its entirety. During registration, a personal e-mail address will be requested to be used for password recovery;
3. at the end of the registration, the candidate will receive the credentials for accessing the Esse3 system ("user name" and "password"), to be printed or noted with care in respect of capital letters. The credentials assigned will subsequently allow access to the Reserved Area ("Login"). The instructions for registering with the University computer system can be found in the Guide document for registering on the Portal.
B. Registration for the competition and payment of the contribution:
From the Reserved Area menu, select the "Login" option and, after entering "username" and "password", access the reserved area. From the Reserved Area menu select the item "Secretariat" and then the option: "Competition for Admission to Limited Number Courses", for enrollment in Master's Degree Courses with compulsory access test to the limited number. Then fill in the registration application following the instructions provided by the procedure.
During the registration phase, you will be asked to enter the data of your identity document. It is recommended to bring the same document with you for identification on the day of the selective test. Once the registration has been completed, print the application form and complete the registration with the payment of the contribution for the organization of the competition of € 100 (one hundred / 00 euros). The application for admission and the receipt of payment must not be delivered but taken with you on the day of the test for any checks if requested by the Commission of selection.
Please note that for the data declared during the registration phase, the criminal penalties provided for in the case of untruthful declarations, formation or use of false documents, referred to in art. 76 of the Presidential Decree 28 December 2000, n. 445, and the benefits resulting from any provision issued on the basis of the untruthful declaration are forfeited, if the check carried out reveals the untruthfulness of the content of any of the declarations made (Article 75 of Presidential Decree 28 December 2000, no. 445). Online enrollment in the University computer system can be carried out starting from 5 July 2021 and within the peremptory deadline of 13:00 on 29 July 2021 and only upon completion of the FIRST PHASE on the Universitaly portal.
The instructions for registering for the competition can be found in the Guide document for registering for the Competition. Registration is considered completed with the payment of the relative contribution of € 100 (one hundred euros / 00) to be made within the peremptory deadline of 11:59 pm on July 29, 2021, using exclusively the PagoPA electronic payment system. The instructions for paying the contribution through PagoPA are described in the Guide to paying the contribution through PagoPA.
The completion of the registration can be verified by the candidate, in the "Payments" section of the "Secretariat", within his "Reserved Area", in correspondence with the payment of the contribution, from the status "Confirmed". Therefore, the Candidate who, despite having made the payment of the contribution, through the PagoPA payment system, within the deadline of 29 July 2021, verifies, in the aforementioned "Payments" section within his "Reserved Area", that the payment of the relative contribution is not in the "Confirmed" status or that the payment date is after the peremptory deadline of 29 July 2021, must report it to the competent office (concorsi.medicina@unisannio.it) exclusively by e-mail by and no later than 2 August 2021.
After the mandatory deadline of 29 July 2021, it is no longer possible to complete the registration.
The admission test fee is non-refundable for any reason.
Applications for admission sent by post, fax or hand delivered will not be accepted.
