Director of the DEMM Department

The Director of the DEMM Department is Professor Gaetano Natullo, who has held the position since 2022.

He is a full professor of Labour Law (IUS/07) at the University of Sannio and teaches Labour Law in the Law degree program.

From 2004 to 2007, he was a member of the University of Sannio’s Board of Directors, and from 2016 to 2019, he served as a member of the Academic Senate.

From 2006 to 2011, he was the Rector’s Delegate for Occupational Health and Safety, and since 2016 he has served as the Rector’s Delegate for Personnel.

He is a member of the Italian Association of Labour Law and Social Security (AIDLASS).

He serves on the editorial board of the scientific journal Diritto della sicurezza del lavoro and is also a member of the editorial boards of the scientific journals Diritti, Lavori, Mercati and Diritto delle Relazioni Industriali.

His research focuses in particular on workplace safety, labour and industrial relations in public administration, and dismissal regulations—topics on which he has authored over 90 scientific publications.
