Fast access to the service desks
The University of Sannio has launched a new online portal for booking appointments at its service desks. This system allows users to choose the date and time based on their needs, improving organisation and reducing waiting times.
In this first phase, it is possible to book an appointment for the following services:
- Support for Students with Disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD): a dedicated help desk offering assistance to students with disabilities and/or SLD, aimed at promoting inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities throughout the university experience.
- Orientation: the opportunity to visit university facilities and meet faculty members to obtain information about degree programs and course organization.
- Enrollment: personalized support to correctly complete the enrollment process for degree programs.
- Degree Diploma Collection Service: a help desk dedicated to collecting degree diplomas and graduation certificates.
- Curricular / Extracurricular Internships: submission of the required forms and detailed explanations of the steps needed to activate an internship.
- Support for Student Associations: organizational, logistical, and administrative assistance for the activities of student associations registered in the University Register.
