Paola Saracini, PhD, is Associate Professor of Labour Law at the University of Sannio - Benevento, where she taught, for many years, Labour Law and Social Security Law. She currently holds the teaching of Labour and Social Security Law. She is the author of a book on 'Fixed-term work and Job stability' (for which in 2015 she received the Massimo D'Antona prize, promoted by the Italian Society of Labour and Social Security Law, for the best book published in the period 2013-2014) and of many contributions on various topics of labour and trade union law, with a particular attention to the profiles of labour market flexibility, of work/life balance, of collective bargaining and of public employment. She took part in various research projects, conferences and seminars.
