AlmaLaurea 2026: Satisfied Graduates, More Internships and Stable Employment at the University of Sannio

The 2026 AlmaLaurea Report reinforces the profile of the University of Sannio as an institution that combines high student satisfaction, practice-oriented education and strong employment outcomes.

The survey, involving 668 graduates from 2025 and 1,347 graduates for the employment analysis, confirms the effectiveness of the University's educational model. Overall satisfaction reaches 92.1%, above both the regional (90.6%) and national (90.2%) averages, while 90.7% of graduates express a positive opinion of their relationship with academic staff.

A key strength of the University is its ability to integrate academic learning with practical experience. Through laboratories, applied projects and internships, students develop skills that are directly relevant to the labour market. Curricular internships involved 68.3% of graduates, significantly above regional and national averages, rising to 83.6% among Master's graduates.

Employment outcomes are equally encouraging. Among Bachelor's graduates entering the labour market, 45.3% hold permanent contracts. Five years after completing a Master's degree, the employment rate reaches 88.5%, with 58.2% of employed graduates holding permanent positions. More than three quarters consider their degree effective for their current job.

The University of Sannio also demonstrates a strong capacity to prepare graduates for a national labour market: 41.8% work outside the region, while employment in the industrial sector exceeds the regional average.

“These results confirm the value of the University's investment in educational quality, teaching innovation and professional development opportunities,” said Rector Maria Moreno. “Our commitment to guidance, tutoring and career services helps students and graduates successfully transition into employment.”
