Course Transfers
How to Proceed
In the case of transferring to a Bachelor’s Degree Program with open admission or to the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Law, you must first review the access guidelines for the respective programs published on the relevant departmental websites.
In the case of transferring to a two-year Master’s Degree Program, you must first obtain preliminary approval for enrollment from the department offering the program. The required form (Mod. VR for Master’s programs in the Department of Engineering and Mod. S/3 for all other Master’s programs), once completed, should be sent by email to the Administrative Teaching Support Unit of the relevant department using the contact details published [here].

- Submit the transfer request using the appropriate function in the "CAREER → COURSE TRANSFER" section of your Student Portal.
- Pay the course transfer fee of €50.00 and the stamp duty fee of €16.00, which will be activated in the "Payments" section after submitting your online request.
- Print and complete the form titled “Request for Validation of Exams from Previous Career” (PS/2), available in the Forms section on this page, and send it as a scanned document to: ufficio.protocollo@unisannio.it.
- Additionally, send by email, together with the PS/2 form, the O.F.A. Verification Form (for transfers to other Bachelor’s Degree Programs or the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Law), which can be found on the departmental website of the relevant program.
Deadlines
For the 2024/2025 academic year, transfer applications must be submitted between:
October 1, 2024 and December 16, 2024.
It should be noted that, according to the current regulations, students enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year in a Bachelor’s or Single-Cycle Master’s program may only transfer to programs for which the same entrance test they have already taken is valid, unless otherwise specified by the respective departments.
After submitting the required documentation for the course transfer, the Student Services Office will carry out all related activities, including assigning the applicant a new student ID number (matricola).
⚠️ Refund requests for the course transfer fee will not be accepted in case of withdrawal after payment.
