Attività

  • investigation concerning the preparation of the annual training offer, in support of the presidents of the Councils of Study Courses and the Department;
  • support for the management of study plans for the recording of examinations and management of activities related to the award of diplomas;
  • management and monitoring of access tests to the Study Courses with and without local programming;
  • preparation of the teaching calendar and planning of the use of classrooms and teaching spaces;
  • management of communications related to teaching activities, bulletin boards and news on the Department’s website and updating of the study course pages;
  • front office students;
  • support in the various guidance initiatives;
  • support to students in the registration procedure, with qualification for three-year degrees and loading OFA results and in that of registration for master’s degrees with qualification of students meeting the entry requirements;
  • administrative management of the support and related contracts for the requirements of the Study Courses;
  • check the DING’s own teaching records.
