______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
To benefit from an informal procedure for CFU recognition and to quickly obtain an evaluation of your previous academic career and professional/work experience, you can complete the dedicated FORM.
Transfer to Bachelor's Degree Programs or the Single-Cycle Master's Degree in Law
First, review the provisions regarding access to the aforementioned Degree Programs, which are published on the respective departmental websites:
- Engineering
- Business Economics
- Banking and Financial Economics
- Digital Administration Sciences
- Statistical and Actuarial Sciences
- Law
- Biotechnology
- Biological Sciences
- Natural, Geological, and Environmental Sciences
For an incoming transfer, you must:
- Fulfill the required procedures at the previous university to obtain the outgoing transfer;
- Request the I.S.E.E. certificate for "Services for the Right to University Education" from one of the designated issuing entities (Tax Assistance Centers, local offices, or online via the INPS website, municipalities, patronages, etc.), to determine the fee amounts. There is no need to submit this certificate to the Student Secretariat as it will be automatically acquired from the INPS databases.
- The ISEE for the right to university education requested between January 1, 2024, and October 25, 2024, will be considered valid.
- Failure to request the UNIVERSITY ISEE will result in the obligation to pay university fees and contributions at the maximum amount.
- Register in the “Student Reserved Area”;
Contact the Administrative and Didactic Support Unit of the department to which your program belongs:
- Engineering (sad.ding@unisannio.it)
- Sciences and Technologies (sad.dst@unisannio.it)
- Law, Economics, Management, and Quantitative Methods (sad.demm@unisannio.it)
for activation of online registration, attaching a self-certification of the outgoing transfer from your previous university, listing the exams passed during your previous studies.
Once registration is enabled, proceed with completing the online enrollment form from your Student Reserved Area, selecting "Enrollment by transfer" from the dropdown menu for the type of entry.
Wait for the acquisition of the UNIVERSITY ISEE from the INPS databases and the subsequent calculation of the first installment of the annual comprehensive contribution.
If you qualify for total or partial exemption from the annual comprehensive contribution (excluding students who applied for a scholarship from ADISURC and are awaiting the rankings, and students placed in the no-tax area for whom the exemption is automatically calculated), submit the appropriate exemption request to the Student Secretariat, either in person or via email to ufficio.protocollo@unisannio.it, before proceeding with payment.
Make the payment for the first installment of university fees from the "SECRETARIAT-PAYMENTS" section, via the PagoPA system (Guide to paying fees). For further information about amounts and payment of fees and contributions, refer to the “Enrollment Fees” page.
Wait for the email notification from the university confirming the receipt of your documentation from the previous university. Then, submit or email all the following documentation to the Student Secretariat:
- Application addressed to the Rector, including full personal details, the University, Department, the Degree Program you are transferring from, and the one you wish to transfer to (form TE/1).
- Application for recognition of exams passed in the previous career (form TE/2).
- Relevant documentation proving the syllabi of the exams you want to have recognized.
- Any requests for credit recognition (form RC/5) or fee reductions (form RT/4).
- For the academic year 2024/2025, transfer requests from other universities must be submitted between August 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
- After the deadline, it will still be possible to transfer by paying a late fee, as outlined on the "Enrollment Fees" page.

- For Engineering Master's Degree Programs (Form VR)
