The University of Sannio will confer on Father Antonio Loffredo, the "visionary parish priest" of the Rione Sanità, the honorary master's degree in Economics and Management, Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 11 am, at the Auditorium of Sant'Agostino in Benevento.

Father Antonio Loffredo is parish priest of the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità. To him we owe the most successful social volunteering enterprise in Naples, the fulcrum of the cultural and economic rebirth of the Rione Sanità. Don Antonio is, in fact, the soul of the recovery and enhancement of the Catacombs of San Gennaro and San Gaudioso, a heritage of rare historical-archaeological importance, entrusted to the innovative management of the young people of the neighborhood formed into a cooperative.
