The event is a study seminar focused on the complex relationship between the national judicial system and the European legal order. The meeting will take place on May 8, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Conference Hall of Palazzo De Simone in Benevento. Organized by the DEMM Department of the Università del Sannio, the seminar will examine the dynamics that national judges must address when faced with the choice between the disapplication of domestic law and a preliminary reference to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
