On May 13, the University of Sannio will host the spring meeting of the S. Martino Group in Benevento, a forum for scientific comparison between scholars of legal and legal matters, which will discuss the role of the jurist between academia and society, a topic of great relevance and topicality, not only for the need to continually update the jurist's contribution to the human journey, but also to examine the roles of the law scholar, the legal expert, the justice professional, the institutional and business decision-maker.

The importance of legal expertise in the public debate is evident, especially in the profound ecological and technological transition processes currently underway; and it is equally evident the need to contemplate all this in the great changes that are investing methods, times and horizons of teaching and research, in the acquisition, development, plotting and transfer of legal knowledge.
