On Monday, 3 November 2025, at 10:30 a.m., in the Conference Hall of Palazzo San Domenico, the inauguration ceremony of the new Rector of the University of Sannio, Professor Maria Moreno, will take place.
The event will mark the handover from the outgoing Rector, Professor Gerardo Canfora, at the conclusion of his term of office.
The ceremony will be an occasion for the entire academic community to come together — a moment to express gratitude to Rector Canfora for his service and to welcome Professor Moreno, who will lead the University during the 2025–2031 term.
