On the occasion of the university sports workshops, the second of two “Measure Yourself and Improve” events will take place on 23 June 2026.

The two events are intended to increase awareness and understanding of one’s body; to provide tools for assessing body composition and, more generally, for understanding body parameters; to monitor physical changes over time; and to promote healthy lifestyles by encouraging greater attention to psychophysical well-being.

The events are open to the entire student community.
