Withdrawal

Applications for withdrawal from studies can be submitted at any time during one's university career. The withdrawal is irrevocable and unconditional.

From the moment the withdrawal application is submitted, the student is no longer allowed to perform career acts, nor to use educational and administrative services, except for the possibility to request certifications attesting their study path as well as to access their STUDENT RESERVED AREA to view information regarding their university career.

IMPORTANT: The student who intends to withdraw from the continuation of their studies is required to pay any outstanding university tuition and fees, including any late fees, even if not yet expired, only if they have passed exams and exclusively for the academic years to which the career acts refer.
The regularization of outstanding fees must take place no later than 10 days following the submission of the withdrawal application, under penalty of cancellation of the relevant exams.

How to apply

To withdraw from studies, it is necessary to submit an application using the specific function available in the "CAREER->WITHDRAWAL FROM STUDIES APPLICATION" section of your Student Reserved Area.

The Withdrawal from Studies will be effective from the date of payment of the stamp duty, amounting to € 16.00, and the withdrawal fee, amounting to € 200.00, which must be paid virtually, through the PagoPA system, from the PAYMENTS section of your Student Reserved Area.

The mere compilation of the online application, in the absence of the payment of the stamp duty and the withdrawal fee, does not finalize the request.
