Outgoing transfer

To request a transfer to another university, you must submit an application using the specific function available in the "CAREER->OUTGOING TRANSFER APPLICATION" section of your Student Reserved Area (OUTGOING TRANSFER GUIDE).

To submit the request, you must be in compliance with the payment of fees relating to previous academic years and the payment of the outgoing transfer fee of € 200.00 and the stamp duty of € 16.00 is required.

It is not necessary to enroll for the 2026/2027 academic year.

For the 2026/2027 academic year, applications for transfer to another university must be submitted from September 1, 2026 to December 16, 2026.

Any requests aimed at obtaining a refund of the university transfer fee, in the event of a change of mind after payment, will be considered inadmissible.
