Everything you need to know to enroll in a degree program for the first time
TO ENROLL AT UNISANNIO YOU MUST:

Be in compliance with the entrance tests. For more details on the entrance tests and cases of exemption from taking them, see HERE .

Request the I.S.E.E. certification for University Right to Study Benefits at one of the authorized issuing bodies (Tax Assistance Centers, local offices or online on the INPS website, Municipalities, Patronati, etc.), for the determination of the tuition fee amounts. It is not necessary to submit the I.S.E.E. certification to the Student Registry, as it is acquired automatically from the INPS databases. Currently valid ISEE will be considered . Failure to request the ISEE will result in the obligation to pay the university tuition and fees at the maximum amount.

Register in the Student Reserved Area and continue with the online enrollment procedure.

Fill out the online enrollment application following the instructions published in the Enrollment Guide (N.B. students who have taken the CISIA TOLC test , at UNISANNIO or at another CISIA consortium University. If the verification of the knowledge required for access is not positive or if for unforeseeable and unpredictable reasons the student has not taken the aforementioned orientation test, additional educational obligations will be assigned as required by Article 25 of the University Teaching Regulations .

Give consent for the acquisition of the University ISEE from the INPS databases, in order to allow the correct calculation of university fees.

If you fall into one of the cases of total or partial exemption from the payment of university fees (excluding students who have submitted an application for a scholarship to ADISURC, and are waiting for the rankings, and students placed in the no tax area for whom the exemption is calculated automatically), before proceeding with the payment of the installment , submit to the Student Registry desks, or via email to the address ufficio.protocollo@unisannio.it , the specific exemption request available in the forms at the bottom of the page.

Make the payment of the first installment of university fees from the “SEGRETERIA-PAGAMENTI” section, solely through the PagoPA system ( Guide to the payment of fees ).
In the event that the entrance test was not taken, because you are exempt from it pursuant to the Regulations of the degree program of interest (for example, and only by way of example, in the case of withdrawing/lapsed students previously enrolled at the University of Sannio or in the case of students who have taken the entrance test at other Universities):
- Register in the Student Reserved Area ( Guide to Registration in the Student Reserved Area ). Please note that students with prior enrollment at the University of Sannio do not need to register again in the Student Reserved Area, but can access it by recovering their username and password ( Guide to recovering credentials ).
- Contact the Educational Administrative Support Unit , of the Department to which the degree program belongs, following the procedures specified on the departmental website , to obtain the authorization to proceed with online enrollment.
- Subsequently access the Student Reserved Area using the access credentials (username and password) defined at the time of registration and proceed with enrollment following the procedure described below.
Enrollment is considered finalized with the payment of the regional tax, the virtual stamp duty and the first installment of the annual all-inclusive fee, where due . In the absence of payment of even one of the aforementioned charges, the status of university student is not attributed.

If you wish to request the recognition of credits or the reduction of fees for your subjective conditions, submit the relative requests in the manner and in compliance with the established deadlines.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, enrollment applications must be submitted from July 20 to October 10, 2026.
After the deadline, it will be possible to enroll by paying the late fee provided for the delayed payment of each of the installments of the annual all-inclusive fee, according to the amounts specified HERE .
REGARDLESS OF THE COMPLETION OF THE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE AND THE TAKING OF THE ENTRANCE TEST, IT IS POSSIBLE TO START ATTENDING THE LESSONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL DEGREE PROGRAMS, ACCORDING TO THE CALENDARS PUBLISHED ONLINE ON THE DEPARTMENTAL WEBSITES.
