Gender Equality Bodies
The University of Sannio promotes gender equality policies, equal opportunities, inclusion and the well-being of the academic community through dedicated institutional bodies and representatives. These structures help prevent and address all forms of discrimination, recognise and value diversity, and foster a culture based on equality, equity and respect.
Single Guarantee Committee
The Single Guarantee Committee (Comitato Unico di Garanzia – CUG) works to safeguard equal opportunities and organisational well-being and to combat all forms of discrimination. It serves the entire University community and performs advisory, consultative and monitoring functions aimed at promoting working and study conditions that respect the dignity of every individual.
The CUG has equal representation and brings together the responsibilities previously assigned to the Equal Opportunities Committee and the Joint Committee on Workplace Bullying. Its activities contribute to the development of initiatives and tools designed to promote a culture of equal opportunities, enhance the well-being of staff and combat direct and indirect discrimination, as well as psychological or emotional abuse.
