International Mobility and Cooperation
The University of Sannio recognizes international mobility as a key tool for the development of scientific and cultural knowledge, as well as for personal and professional growth. It promotes the outward mobility of its students, faculty, and administrative staff by participating in major international mobility programs, developing relationships with host universities and companies abroad, and encouraging the involvement of all members of the university community.
Since 2002, the University has hosted ESN (European Student Network) Maleventum (www.esnmaleventum.it), one of the most active student associations in the ESN Network in Italy and Europe. It supports and welcomes incoming and outgoing students by organizing cultural, sports, and social events.
As part of its collaboration with foreign institutions, during the 2018–2019 academic year, the Department of Science and Technology hosted 2 students from MIT in Boston (USA) for a one-month internship. This initiative was made possible by an agreement between MIT and the University of Sannio. The students carried out specific projects on innovative topics in the fields of Physiology and Statistics.
