Associate Professor of «Roman Law and Foundations of European Law» at the Department of Law, Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM), University of Sannio.

Since 2022, holder of the Italian National Scientific Qualification for Full Professor in Academic Recruitment Field 12/H1 «Roman Law and Foundations of European Law».

Visiting Professor at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) for the academic year 2025/2026.

Life Member of Clare Hall, University of Cambridge.
