Description
The Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics for Insurance and Finance is a three-year programme that provides a solid foundation in statistical and quantitative methods, applied to economic, financial and social contexts. It prepares graduates for both entry into the labour market and further study at Master’s level.
Graduates are prepared for roles such as:
Statistical Technician, supporting specialists in experimental research, surveys and demographic, epidemiological, social and economic studies; assisting in the control and application of research procedures and data collection; managing field data collection, ensuring data quality, and carrying out statistical processing.
Database Management Technician, supporting database analysts and designers by managing, monitoring and maintaining databases and related security systems.
Information Acquisition Technician, supporting specialists in the search and acquisition of information; applying tools and methods to identify, locate and collect relevant data for specific organisational needs, and to analyse, organise and present it effectively.
