Enrolment Procedure for Non-EU Students Residing Abroad

 

The general procedures for international student enrolment are defined annually by the Italian Ministry of University and Research. Additional information is available on the UniversItaly portal.

 

If you are a non-EU student residing abroad and wish to enroll in the Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering for Automation and Sensing, please follow the steps below.

 

Step 1. Review the Study Program

Consult the general course information and the study plan available here.

 

Step 2. Check Eligibility

Verify that you meet the academic and English language requirements.

 

Step 3. Pre-enroll on the UniversItaly Portal

Register on the UniversItaly portal as soon as the call for applications for the 2026/2027 academic year opens, and no later than June 2026.

During pre-enrolment, select the University of Sannio and the Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering for Automation and Sensing, and upload all required documents following the instructions provided in the [pre-enrolment guide

 

Step 4. Admission Evaluation and Visa Appointment

If your application is positively evaluated, the Italian Embassy or Consulate will contact you to schedule your study visa appointment.

 

Step 5. Final Enrolment

Once your study visa is obtained, complete the matriculation procedure through the University of Sannio enrolment webpage, following the published instructions.
