Silvia Iuliano

Silvia Iuliano received her B.Sc. (Cum Laude) and M.Sc. (Cum Laude) degrees in Energy Engineering from the University of Sannio, Benevento, Italy. Silvia started her Ph.D. in Information Technologies for Engineering at the University of Sannio in December 2023, under the supervision of Prof. Alfredo Vaccaro. Her research focuses on developing methodologies for voltage regulation in large-scale power systems, enhancing grid flexibility in decarbonized systems through coordinated self-organizing energy resources, and leveraging machine learning to model the relationship between transmission system security and electricity market outcomes.
