Raffaele De Lucia

Raffaele De Lucia is an Electrical Engineer currently working at Terna Rete Italia S.p.A. as an Operations Analysis Specialist within the Grid Operations and Dispatching Department.

He earned his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, graduating with Honors (110/110 cum laude). His master's thesis focused on secondary frequency control and the simulation of a merit-order-based activation module for ancillary services.

Since December 2025, he has been pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technologies for Engineering at the University of Sannio, where his research is focused on Electric Power Systems.
