PhD student in Information Technologies for Engineering at the University of Sannio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering for Automation and Sensing, both from the University of Sannio, graduating with honors (110/110 cum laude).
In 2025, he carried out a research internship at ENEA – Frascati Research Centre, within the Divertor Tokamak Test Facility (DTT) project, focusing on the development and validation of supervision and control systems for components of the ICRH (Ion Cyclotron Resonance Heating) system. His activities included the development of HMI interfaces using WinCC OA, integration through the OPC UA protocol, implementation of real-time control solutions using the MARTe2 framework, alarm management and operational mode modeling.
His current PhD research focuses on the control, monitoring and protection of the Heating and Current Drive (HCD) systems of DTT, with particular emphasis on real-time control architectures and their integration with the central Control and Data Acquisition System (CODAS).
